REFUNDS // RETURNS
We hope you love your new DESCENDED piece, but if for whatever reason you are unhappy, we ask that you get in touch to discuss whether you would like a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your pieces.
If there is a fault with your item, we will do whatever we can to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange your order upon receiving the original. To speed this process up, send us a message to let us know what size you require before sending your order back to us.
PLEASE NOTE; unless your order is faulty on our part, returns will be at cost to the customer. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for lost items without it.
